Kim Partington is CEO and co-founder of Geocento, a UK-based SME, and has been working in earth observation for over 40 years. Geocento designs, implements and manages virtual constellations of earth observation satellites, providing clients with more control, efficiency and flexibility over their access to commercial data. An example use case is the augmentation of sovereign earth observation assets with commercial data sources, both to provide an initial capability while sovereign assets are developed, and to provide backup and enhancement to operational capabilities over time.
