James Helle is a systems and programs analyst for Stellar Solutions Inc., a global aerospace engineering services provider.  He brings to his role nearly thirty years of experience including space security and protection supporting the United States government and private sector executive leaders throughout various phases of development.  His career in space started as an officer in the United States Air Force where he managed launch vehicle and payload integration at a launch site.  He has also held a broad range of leadership roles in satellite operations, systems engineering, and preparing the USAF to field, test, and operate the initial Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness capability.  Since retiring from the military, he has been a consultant and support contractor enabling customers to understand and manage the emerging threat environment and advocate for resources.  James joined Stellar Solutions Inc. in 2022.

James and his wife live in England and have three adult children back in the United States. He also enjoys a broad range of physical fitness activities that enable him to enjoy and experience the adventures life presents.
