Dr Gerry Doyle has worked for Inzpire Ltd since January 2023 as a Senior Consultant within their Space Team.  He has designed and delivered a variety of introductory space courses to internal and external audiences both within the UK and abroad, and contributed to enhancements to Royal Air Force training and simulation facilities to improve the fidelity of their representation of space capabilities and effects.

 Prior to joining Inzpire, he spent time working for BAE Digital Intelligence and for Raytheon Systems Ltd in space-related programme management and capability development roles, and served for 37 years as a pilot in the Royal Air Force.  For the latter part of his service career, he was involved in a variety of space-related doctrinal, conceptual and capability development roles, including authoring the UK Military Space Primer, participating in a variety of space wargames, and delivering enhancements to UK Military Space capabilities.

He holds a BSc degree in Computational Science from the University of St Andrews, and with RAF sponsorship gained an MPhil in International Relations from Cambridge University and completed a PhD at the University of Reading in 2016 with a thesis relating to Bernard Schriever and early USAF interest in military manned spaceflight.  He is a part-time faculty member at the Institute of Space Policy and Law in London and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
