Recently appointed as Regional Director UK/Europe for Lockheed Martin Space, Chris Spicer has a proven track record in strategic leadership, operational transformation and complex programme delivery. Previously, he spent 16 years at Babcock, where he held a number of senior leadership positions, most recently as Managing Director of Engineering and Systems Integration. Chris has led major UK and international programmes across the defence sector, driven business growth and capability transformation, and was awarded the British Empire Medal in 2020 for his leadership during the UK’s COVID-19 ventilator challenge.
