Søren Egholm is Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Cobham Satcom, where he leads global product management and marketing functions. He is responsible for driving the commercial performance of Cobham Satcom’s product portfolio – enhancing profitability across established offerings while accelerating the introduction of innovative, market-leading solutions for satellite communication and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaisance.

Cobham Satcom focuses on solutions to governments, enterprises, and maritime operators worldwide, delivering technology that underpins safety, operational efficiency, and strategic autonomy in an increasingly contested and connected world.

Before joining Cobham Satcom, Søren held senior executive positions at Maersk, where he led major regional and global business units through transformative growth and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MSc in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
