Frank is the Telecoms partnership delivery lead within Cambridge Consultants’ Intelligent Services Business Unit, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in advanced telecommunications. With over 20 years of experience in the sector ranging from handset design, chipsets and operators. Frank has led teams in developing cutting-edge technology, novel AI-driven solutions for the space and defence industries.

He has led teams developing cutting-edge AI for a tier 1 satellite operator and adapted a Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) platform for resilient, CPU-based agentic RAN solutions. His work also includes shaping satellite IoT strategy, product management for an air-to-ground connectivity provider’s operations and advising premier automotive groups on their satellite communications strategy. He leads the development and operations of Cambridge Consultants’ internal cloud-based AI development platform delivering projects ranging from defence & security to synthetic biology.
