Bladimiros “Blad” Stavropoulos brings over 19 years of experience in the satellite industry, currently serving as Sr Director of Solutions and Sales Engineering at Intellian Technologies. Blad has led various developments for new and innovative products in his tenure at Intellian, from the world’s first automatic switching 2.4m multi-orbit and tri-band VSAT antenna system to military terminals, and gateway systems.
Blad holds a PhD in Information Technology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Cryptography, following his MBA at Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. His expertise includes advanced network design and architecture, Wireless Technology, LEO Constellation, and System Design. Blad is fluent in English and Spanish and can speak Italian and Portuguese.

Based in Florida, Blad has travelled extensively sharing his expertise on satellite systems. Outside of his work, Blad is passionate about football and Star Wars.
