Jayne Dale

Jayne just joined Arcadis UK as Business Development Director, helping to lead the Defence and Security Sector, focusing on Air and Space Domains.

Prior to this, Jayne Dale was part of Jacobs Critical Mission Solutions, Business Development team for Defence & Security, currently focusing on Space, Technology and Industrial support services for key UK defence clients. With ~20 years’ experience working in the engineering sector, she began by commissioning oil refineries, then led multi-discipline engineering teams working on major projects in the Nuclear sector, before eventually transitioning into Sales. Since joining the sales team, she has used her skills to market the diverse range of technical capabilities across the business to create recognition for Jacobs within the UK space sector, becoming a leadership board member of Space NE and pursuing space related opportunities across the UK and Middle East. Prior to working for Jacobs, she travelled globally working in the Oil & Gas sector in the USA, China, India, South Korea and Europe. This experience gave her valuable insight into different cultures, people’s difficulties, unconscious biases and global problems. Jayne is an advocate for diversity and ensuring that everyone feels valued for their contributions. She has an in-depth understanding of working across different industries and the value that sharing lessons learnt can bring to drive meaningful and measurable change.
